Intelligent integration of turbine flowmeter is the instrument automation instrument co., LTD., jiangsu USES the advanced ultra low power single chip microcomputer technology of turbine flow sensor and display the integration of integrating new intelligent instrument, adopts double row at the scene of the liquid crystal display, with compact bodies, intuitive and clear reading, high reliability, without external power supply interference, lightning resistance, low cost, obvious advantages.Instrument instrument correction coefficient of three, nonlinear intelligent compensation coefficient, and on-site correction.High-definition LCD display (four significant figures) instantaneous flow and cumulative flow (eight significant figures, with reset function).All valid data after 10 years is not lost when power supply drop.This kind of turbine flowmeter are explosion-proof products, explosion-proof level for: ExdIIBT6.
This kind of turbine flowmeter in accordance with the power supply mode, have far eastone signal output can be divided into
LWGY - a/B and LWGY - - C.
LWGY - - B: power supply using 3.2 V10AH lithium batteries (can run continuously for 4 years);No signal output function.
LWGY - / C: 24 VDC power supply, power supply adopts two wire output standard 4-20 ma current signal, and can need according to different site, can increase the RS485 or the HART communication.
2. Liquid turbine flowmeter product features
N high accuracy, generally up to + / - 1%, plus or minus 0.5%, R, R type high precision can be up to + / - 0.2% R;
N good repeatability, short-term repeatability could reach 0.05% ~ 0.05%, it is because of good repeatability, such as regular calibration or online calibration can get high accuracy, flow meter in trade settlement is preferable;
N have instrument correction coefficient of three, nonlinear intelligent compensation coefficient, and can be on-site correction;
N all valid data after power off 10 years is not lost;
N range wide, large caliber of 1:20, small diameter for 1:10;
N structure is compact and lightweight, easy installation and maintenance, large flow capacity;
N apply high pressure measurement instrument on the table need not opening, easy made from high pressure type instrument;
N special sensor type, can design according to user's special needs for all kinds of special sensors, such as low temperature type, two-way, downhole, sand special, etc
N can be made into type, suitable for large diameter measurement, small pressure loss, low prices, but not to flow out, easy installation and maintenance;
