3. Working principle

The thermocouple or heat resistance sensor is a temperature conversion into electrical signals, then send signals to the input of network in the transmitter, the network contains zero and thermocouple compensating circuit.After zero input signals to the operational amplifier for signal amplification, amplified signal by V/I converter after processing to a DC4-20 ma current output;Another through A/D converter after processing to display meter.There are two kinds of the linearization of the transmitter circuit, adopt feedback way.Correction on the thermal resistance sensors, with positive and negative way, the thermocouple sensor, with multiple line approximation method for correction.Integrated digital display temperature transmitter LCD display way of using two wire system output.
