4. The working principle of the liquid level regulator

By the detection level of the inductive level sensor to detect the liquid level changes of the signals sent to the apparatus to detection input module, amplifier, fuzzy operators, through the single-chip microcomputer software output stable water level signal, step by step to control LED display module, display of real water level signal, control the liquid level control module to realize the automatic boiler water level control, ensure the security of the boiler water level control in the scope.At the same time realize the boiler water level column display and digital display with multiple functions.

When some reason boiler water level is abnormal, namely the high water level and low water level and low water level, the safety control modules, the system automatically send out sound and light alarm signal, signal relay contact output switch.(high, low, low risk alarm switch signal relay contact factory for normally open signal).

5. Liquid level apparatus installation and wiring

Adjust the instrument installation connection as shown in figure (1) (please according to the actual meter terminal connection)

1, between sensor and boiler equipped with DN25 valve two, in order to facilitate debugging maintenance.During normal operation, the valve must be opened entirely, sensors connected to the other end of the glass water level gauge.

2, sensor installation must be perpendicular with the parallel to the boiler liquid level, slope shall not be greater than 2 DHS.

Note: sensor normally does not need to install the drain pipe, drainage, through the water level gauge pollution.

3, secondary instrument should be installed far away from heat source, easy to monitor the working condition of the place, is easy to operate and requirements for electrical maintenance.

4, connection terminals on the instrument in all have clear marks, user according to the wiring.

6. Liquid level control device debugging and use

1, the preparation work: (must read the instructions carefully before debugging)

2, check the instrument wiring is correct.

3, first of all, according to the scale on the boiler water level gauge, determine a middle water level, higher than the middle 50 mm identified as high water level stations, the water below the middle water level 50 mm identified as low water level stations, 75 mm below the middle water level identified as dangerous low water level stations.Confirm and marked.

Note: please set-up in instrument electricity for half an hour, before calibration instrument in manual mode.

Start calibration (please refer to the following steps)

The first step High alarm point calibration (note that in manual mode:

Man-made water level will rise to high water level alarm point, namely the + 50 mm, at the same time, according to the panel to set and button for more than 5 seconds, let out a loud sirens, the system automatically recognized and automatically save this point as high stations.

The second step Low alarm point calibration (note that in manual mode:

Human has reduced the water level is very low water level alarm point, namely the - 50 mm, at the same time, according to the panel to set and button for more than 5 seconds, let out a loud sirens, the system automatically recognized and automatically save this point as low stations.

After the above steps, switch to the automatic state can run automatically.

Note a simulation and practical observation water level again, each point water level display correct rear can put into use.
